How long will delivery take?
Standard international shipping typically takes about 5 to 7 business days from the departure date to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and your local postal service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your eyewear. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team. Once the defect or shipping damage is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our eyewear is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, or accidental damage.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email containing your order number will be sent immediately. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation through the 'Exchange/Return' button on your My Page order history, provided the status has not yet changed to 'Preparing for Shipping'. Once the order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
How should I clean and care for my lenses?
To maintain clarity and protect the lens coatings, always rinse your eyewear with lukewarm water to remove particles, and gently wipe with the provided microfiber cleaning cloth. Avoid using paper towels, clothing, or harsh household detergents.
Can I install prescription lenses into your frames?
It depends on the model. While some of our frames can be easily swapped with prescription lenses at a local optical shop, certain wrap-around designs may be difficult to fit depending on the frame structure, your prescription, and the optician's laboratory equipment. We highly recommend bringing the frame to your local optician to verify if prescription lens customization is possible.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face?
Frame dimensions vary by style. You can find precise measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) under the product description section on each product page to compare with your current eyewear.
